Donate! – Your Support Counts!

All our programs are supported with the assistance of donations. Funding for our programs is made possible with revenues derived from the generosity of our Founding Partners, Board of Directors, Giving Society, Corporate and Individual Donors, and supporters of annual fundraising events who believe in our mission and programs. We count on an army of volunteers to help make our events successful. Our Signature Events are our Annual Golf Tournament in the Spring and our gala event “Evening Under the Stars” in the Fall.  Read about all of our events here, and come see us at one!

Volunteer

Volunteer with us at one of our events! During the year we are a part of community events that provide family-friendly activities,fun, and entertainment that benefit our mission and programs. Volunteers like YOU help make these events a huge success! Together we all make a difference for our community. Individual and Group Volunteers welcome. Volunteer shifts vary depending on event and are scheduled 2hrs – 4hrs with the option to sign up for multiple volunteer shifts. We are approved with Seminole County Public Schools for charitable service hours. If you would like to join our general Volunteer List, please complete our Volunteer Form. Join the Giving Society

When we began in earnest eight years ago we never realized that the need in our community would be so great! Our goal to offer programs that provide opportunities for children to develop life skills; to experience life equal to their peers; and to provide encouragement during a time in their life when it is most needed has been life altering for all involved.

 

Our annual fundraising events have helped to generate funds for our Annual Program Budget. Our charity Golf Tournament and Evening Under the Stars  have been very successful, but now we realize that they cannot sustain us on their own. In order to meet the quality of life issues in our community and expand our efforts in the years ahead, we will need to increase our budget allocation with sustainable gifts for the future.

 

To answer this need and fund these programs for the future, we have launched the Helpful Hands, Inc. Giving Society.  Designed to identify and recognize philanthropic companies and individuals in our community, the Giving Society intends to provide an opportunity to build a philanthropic partnership with long-term charitable investment opportunities. We ask for your support and commitment to help fund our programs and sponsor our events. We provide benefits and recognition for your support.  100% of the monies donated through your investment in our Giving Society goes to increasing funding every year for programs to benefit children and families in crisis. 

 

Please consider making Helpful Hands, Inc. a part of your annual philanthropic budget. By joining our Giving Society, you will help fund our programs and you can still sponsor your favorite events.  Your company will also be providing assistance to those in need in our own backyard.  Your long-term commitment will help to ensure that Helpful Hands, Inc. can continue to provide the programs that touch children and families in crisis.
